WORSHIP Acolytes: This program is for rising sixth graders who participate in lighting and extinguishing the candles on the altar. Acolytes are selected from willing church youth. Training is provided.Usher: Usher teams are formed for each month to assist at both services. Ushers welcome all to worship and assist in particular parts of worship, such as handing out bulletins, collection offerings and tending to the sanctuary after worship service.Greeters: Greeters play a vital role in forming a visitor’s first impression of our church and, to some, their first impression of Jesus Christ. A warm smile and friendly demeanor will go a long way in helping our visitors form a favorable opinion of our church. You can volunteer for a week, a month or longer.
Boy Scouts of America - Boy Scout Troop 419 is chartered and sponsored by KGPC. In Scouting, boys start with their best "right now" selves and grow into their very best "future" selves. It’s fun, hands-on
learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and
prepares them for today – and for life.
If you have a boy between the ages of 11 and 18 who is interested in Scouting,
we’re excited to have him visit our troop! Scouts meet Tuesday evenings
