King’s Grant Presbyterian Church is a family church. Whether you are young or elderly; single or married; there are all kinds of families and all are welcome. There is a place for you as part of the Body of Christ we call KGPC, especially the children. Jesus said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.(Mark 10:14).

Summer Picnic On the Lawn - We have an annual patriotic picnic on the lawn the Sunday on or before July 4th. This is a gift to the community and all are invited to bring neighbors and enjoy music and a picnic with hotdogs, chips, watermelon, snowcones and the HOMEMADE PIES!
Game Nights: stay tuned for these wonderful intergenerational game nights! They are fun for the whole family.
Locals On The Lawn:
Annual Oyster Roast: Once a year we hold an oyster roast for our congregation and friends. The unique part about oyster roasts is the fact that they are simple no-frills meals, just fun. We don’t break out the china because plastic plates and cutlery will do just fine. Ice down the cold drinks and turn up the outdoor speakers while dining in the backyard of KGPC because the meal gets messy. Take advantage of the time to gather with family and friends. Childcare, with activities and food, is provided.
Trunk or Treat: Usually, this annual event occurs on the last Sunday of October. Join us for trunk or treating, dinner, games, and costume contests!
Blessing of the Animals: Join us for a blessing of the animals! Open to people
and pets of all faiths! Treats for Pets & People! Rain or Shine! Bring your pet and your stuffed animals for a special blessing. There will be treats for animals, a place to donate to the Virginia Beach SPCA, and a fabulous service to bless our pets.
